• Candidates must be between 22-75 years of age
• Body mass index must be ≤32 kg/m2
• Diagnosed with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea
• Has failed, refused, or cannot tolerate PAP treatments
• Must have complete concentric collapse at the level of the soft palate
  
  • Length of study: 3 years
  • Surgical implant of a dual-sided hypoglossal nerve stimulator
    
• Study implant device, exams, diagnostic tests, and blood work are covered and are free of charge to the patient
• Compensation for time and travel
