Noemi Ruiz, COPM is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the Otolaryngology specialty. Currently serving as Director of Operations, Noemi brings a deep understanding of healthcare office management, having built her career from the front desk to the role of Regional Operations Manager. Her journey has equipped her with comprehensive knowledge of daily operations, patient care coordination, and team leadership within medical practices.

She holds a Certification in Otolaryngology Practice Management (COPM) through ASCENT and is on track to complete her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration in 2026 from Liberty University. Known for her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, Noemi is passionate about coaching and developing others, helping individuals grow into confident, effective healthcare leaders. Outside of work, she values quality time with her family and fostering strong, supportive relationships both personally and professionally.
