Dr. El-Houayek earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Long Island Consortium (Hofstra University, Adelphi University, and St. John’s University) in 2021. In 2016, she graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn College with a double Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Linguistics.

She completed her fourth-year externship at ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida and accepted an invitation to become a member of the team upon her graduation. Dr. El-Houayek has obtained clinical experience at NYU Langone Hospital, university clinics, private practices, auditory-oral schools, as well as ENT settings.

Dr. El-Houayek’s areas of expertise include:

• Diagnostic audiology for the adult and pediatric population
• Select fitting and amplification
• Counseling and aural rehabilitation
• Cochlear implants
• Tinnitus
