  • Are ≥18 years of age.
  • Have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis
  • Have ethmoid and maxillary sinus disease with or without frontal, and/or sphenoid disease.
  • Have a baseline sinus CT scan (taken within 6 months of study enrollment)
  • Have been nonresponsive to medical management (trial of antibiotics; plus trial of oral or nasal corticosteroids).

Length of study: 12 months
Number of visits: 5

  • astellas logoCandidates must be between 18-75 years of age
  • Has a diagnosis of probable or definite Ménière's Disease
  • At least two of three active symptoms (fluctuating hearing; tinnitus; aural fullness; vertigo or dizziness) of Ménière's disease.
  • Cannot have significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, hematologic, gastrointestinal, endocrine, immunologic, neurological or psychiatric disease.
    • Length of study: 6 or 12 months
    • Oral medication
  • Study drug, exams, diagnostic tests, and blood work are covered and are free of charge to the patient
  • Compensation for time and travel
