Dr. Alexander Malone received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University – Bloomington, medical degree from Indiana University, and completed his internship and his residency from the University of South Florida.

Dr. Malone is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery – Informatic Committee (2013-2015), the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery – Resident Representative (2014-2016), the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery – Student Leadership Grant (2015) and a Reviewer, Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (2017-Present).

He received the following awards and honors:

• Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow, Washington University in St. Louis (2011-2012)
• 3rd Place, Best Presentation, Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting (2016)
