Todd Blum

Chief Executive Officer

Todd Blum, Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization and focuses his attention on physician recruitment and retention, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning of the organization. He is a voting member of all Board Committees and reports directly to the President and Chairman of the group. Mr. Blum joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida in July, 1999 and has over fifteen years of healthcare administrative experience in finance, operations, managed care contracting, physician recruitment and healthcare marketing. He currently serves on the Board of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and as Vice President of the Florida Medical Group Management Association.

Prior to joining ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, Mr. Blum worked as the Administrator of the South Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine and as an Assistant Administrator at Atlanta Ear, Nose and Throat Associates.

Mr. Blum has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and a dual Masters in Health Care Administration and Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Michele Halcomb

Human Resources Director

Michele Halcomb, Human Resources Director, joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida in 1997. She has over 20 years of customer service and Human Resources experience in the telecommunications and healthcare fields.

Her areas of responsibility with the practice include human resource management, and  human resource and payroll oversight of the medical group’s 25 office locations.

Michele continues her career-based education while taking classes in Human Resource Management at Florida Atlantic University. Kelly Durland

Central Billing Office Director

Kelly Durland, Central Billing Office Director, joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida in 1991.

Prior to joining ENTAAF Kelly worked at Ear, Nose and Throat Associates in Fall River, MA. While in MA, Kelly attended Bristol Community College where she completed classes in Business Administration, Management and Medical Sciences.

Melissa Foster Vick

Director of Accounting

Melissa Vick, Director of Accounting, joined ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida in 2003. Melissa brings with her over 20 years of experience in Finance, Management, and General and Forensic accounting. Her additional experience includes conducting Internal Audits, as well as implementation of general accounting practices and financial reporting for newly established entities.

As a direct report to the CEO, Melissa is responsible for the accounting department and its staff.  She implements, oversees and participates in the daily, weekly and monthly general accounting and financial reporting functions, including monthly preparation of journal entries, expense accruals, revenue and expense deferrals, account analysis and reconciliation, bank reconciliations, month end financial close and calculates and prepares the monthly compensation for the organization’s shareholders In addition, she is responsible for corporate financial reporting and year end audit preparation in conjunction with an independent CPA.  Among her other contributions, Melissa implements and maintains a system of policies and procedures for accounts payable and internal controls in order to ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded and all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with industry financial reporting policies. 

Prior to joining ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida Melissa was an Accounting Manager for four physician practices at American Healthcare Services. Preceding entering healthcare accounting she held the position as a Senior Accountant at RTM Inc. overseeing the day-to-day accounting and payroll of over 45 accounts. Additional experience includes, but is not limited to, conducting bank internal audits, fiscal reporting and EBITDA reporting, and forensic accounting.

Melissa obtained her B.B.A in Accounting from University of West Georgia and has continued studies with a focus in Managerial and Forensic Accounting.
