Dr. Nicole Manzardo received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences Pre-Professional with a minor in Communication Sciences Disorders from Ohio University as well as her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Ohio University. She completed her fourth-year clinical externship at the Dayton VA Medical Center.
She is board certified by the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is also a long-standing member of the American Academy of Audiology.
She is a dedicated audiologist committed to helping patients reconnect with the sounds and people who matter most. With expertise in adult and pediatric comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and fittings, tinnitus management and aural rehabilitation, Dr. Manzardo provides personalized care tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.

When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog, playing volleyball and going to the beach.

Dr. Camdyn LaMotta received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology with a minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University in Tallahassee as well as her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She completed her clinical externship at the Florida Otolaryngology Group in Orlando.
She is a dedicated audiologist with strong clinical training in adult and pediatric diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fitting and verification, and patient-centered counseling. Dr. LaMotta is a motivated clinician with excellent communication skills and a solid foundation in evidence-based audiologic care.

Alexandra Dunn, M.S., Au.D. obtained her master’s degree from Lamar University and her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in comprehensive audiological evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, fittings and aural rehabilitation. Alex’s primary focus is ensuring that all those with hearing loss are able to benefit from the most advanced hearing technology. Prior to joining ENTAAF, Alex worked as a territory manager for Siemens Hearing Instruments in Northern California. She is a member of the Florida Academy of Audiology, and has been a licensed audiologist in Florida since 2000.

Dr. Madeleine Berg is a licensed audiologist in the state of Florida, dedicated to helping patients achieve their best possible hearing. Madeleine was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She attended the University of South Florida and received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2017 and her Doctorate of Audiology degree in 2021.
In 2024, Dr. Berg earned a certificate in tinnitus management through the American Academy of Audiology, further enhancing her ability to support patients experiencing ringing or noise sensitivity.
Dr. Berg provides comprehensive audiologic care to patients including diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid programming and repair, and patient counseling. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Dr. Berg is committed to improving quality of life through better hearing.
