Natalie Lisiewicz, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Natalie Lisiewicz received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology and in Linguistics from Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College, and her Doctorate in Audiology from The Graduate Center at the City University of New York.
She completed her fourth year Doctoral Clinical Externship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey, where she gained valuable experience in pediatric and adult diagnostic audiology, selection and programming of hearing aids and cochlear implants, comprehensive vestibular testing, and electrophysiologic assessments. Prior to joining ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, Dr. Lisiewicz worked as an audiologist at Mass Eye and Ear in Boston, MA. There, she worked with a diverse range of patient populations, further refining her clinical expertise and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Madison Dowdy, AuD, CCC-A
Madison Dowdy, AuD, CCC-A is a dedicated and compassionate audiologist, seeing patients in our Wesley Chapel location. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages hear better and enjoy a higher quality of life through personalized, evidence-based hearing care.
Dr. Dowdy earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tampa. She brings extensive experience in comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus management and advanced hearing technology. She works with all major hearing aid manufacturers to ensure each patient receives solutions tailored to their lifestyle, communication needs and goals.
Prior to joining Scotch Institute of ENT, Dr. Dowdy completed advanced clinical training at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, where she gained specialized experience caring for pediatric patients and working closely with ENT physicians. She values a collaborative approach to care and believes patient education is key to long-term success.
Dr. Dowdy is known for her approachable style, attention to detail, and commitment to making every patient feel heard, comfortable and confident throughout their hearing journey. She is proud to be part of the Scotch Institute of ENT team and looks forward to helping patients and families reconnect to the sounds that matter most.

Yvonne Mudaro, AuD
Dr. Mudaro comes to ENTAAF with over 30 years‘ experience as an Audiologist in New York. She has worked at a not-for-profit hospital and private ENT practices, as well as the nation's largest ENT, Allergy and Audiology practice.
She completed her bachelor's degree at Long Island University, where she was undergraduate president of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association. She went on to graduate Magna Cum laude with her master's degree from Hofstra University and earned her AuD with honors from A. T. Still University.
Dr. Mudaro's professional areas of expertise include comprehensive audiological testing of adult, pediatric and special needs populations, selection and fitting of hearing devices and noise protection, and assessment of vestibular/ balance disorders.
She is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Florida and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology.

Caitlyn Montero, AuD
Dr. Montero earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2022, graduating with highest honors. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in 2017, where she graduated magna cum laude. She completed her clinical residency at South Florida ENT Associates where she gained extensive experience in audiological diagnostic testing, amplification, electrophysiology and vestibular evaluation and rehabilitation.
Dr. Montero has experience in a variety of clinical settings, including adult and pediatric ENT practices, a university clinic and private practice. She has also served as a clinical preceptor and instructor for audiology graduate students and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. As a south Florida native, Dr. Montero enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her rescue dog. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
