Stacey Pappas, ARNP
Stacey Pappas, APRN is a board certified family nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse practitioners. She has over 22 years of clinical experience. She obtained her nursing degree in 2004 and later obtained her masters degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014.
She is a compassionate healthcare provider who is committed to delivering high quality care and education to her patients. She has been working alongside Dr. Compton providing otolaryngology care in Port Charlotte since 2021.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, boating and fitness.

Kieley Sexton, APRN
Kieley Sexton, APRN is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Otolaryngology. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, graduating in May 2025.
Kieley has five years of experience as a registered nurse in medical-surgical oncology and cardiac cath lab recovery. This background provided her with strong clinical skills in both complex inpatient care and procedural settings.
Kieley is committed to ongoing learning and staying current with evolving practice standards and looks forward to working with the ENTAAF team to deliver the highest quality care to her patients.

Madison Swenson, PA-C
Madison received herBachelor of Biomedical Sciences degree from the University of South Florida and her Master of Medical Science (MMS) degree from Nova Southeastern University - Fort Myers. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA).
