Dr. Davis Aasen is a South Florida transplant, having grown up in the greater Atlanta area. There, he earned a degree in biomedical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors and was enrolled in AOA. Subsequently, he completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Connecticut.

Dr. Aasen has dedicated himself to clinical and research excellence, resulting in over 10 peer-reviewed publications, including works in the International Forum of Allergy and Rhinology and Surgery. This is in addition to numerous abstracts and presentations at national meetings. In recognition of his achievements, he has received several national and local awards, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology’s Resident Leadership Grant, the University of Connecticut Resident Teaching Award, and multiple research scholarships.

Dr. Aasen combines his engineering background with cutting-edge medical training to provide thoughtful, patient-centered treatment plans.

At home, Dr. Aasen enjoys exploring South Florida with his wife and three sons and spending time in his parish community.
