Maria Fernandez, PA-C, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from South University. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). Maria is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and provide care to a diverse patient population.
Raised in Florida, Maria is excited to serve patients in her home state and is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them feel informed, comfortable and confident throughout their care.
Maria has joined Dr. Wright’s medical team, where she will work closely alongside Dr. Wright to expand access to care and provide patients with timely, comprehensive treatment.
Outside of medicine, Maria enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, hiking and making memories with friends and family.
