Dr. Spence completed her undergraduate coursework at West Virginia University, where she graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She continued her education at WVU, where she earned her Doctorate of Audiology in 2025. As a graduate student, Dr. Spence gained clinical experience in a wide variety of settings, including university clinics, private audiology practices and ENT practices. She completed her clinical residency under Dr. Mitch Aquilina with ENT & Allergy Associates at the Jupiter location.
