Dr. Jack Kotlarz specializes in the practice of Ear Nose and Throat problems and Facial Plastic Surgery. He attended Syracuse University, majoring in biology and psychology graduating summa cum laude. After serving in the Army for three years he attended medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He finished his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Sacramento, California. Prior to locating to Pensacola, Dr. Kotlarz was an assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York. He maintains hospital privileges at Sacred Heart Hospital, Baptist Hospital and West Florida Hospital. He is board certified in both Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is currently on staff at the Florida State University College of Medicine.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on topics related to ENT, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kotlarz routinely volunteers his services at many medical missions, providing care to individuals in developing countries.
Dr. Kotlarz is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Florida Medical Association, and the Escambia County Medical Association (past president).
